Send us a message through Facebook Messenger or our inquiry form here on the website.
Include all the details of your staycation plans — preferred suite, number of guests, and your target dates — so we can check availability and provide an accurate quote.

🕐 Business Hours: We’re online daily from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Manila time).
If you message us within these hours, expect a response within a few minutes to a couple of hours.

Once we receive your complete details, we’ll send you a personalized quotation that includes your stay dates, total rate, and any applicable discounts or promos.
📝 Step 3: Confirm Your Booking
If you’re happy with the quotation, let us know so we can send an Order Recap summarizing all your booking details.
Please review it carefully, and once everything looks good, confirm that you’d like to proceed with your reservation.

After confirmation, we’ll provide our available payment methods.
A 50% down payment is required to secure your stay, and the remaining balance will be collected upon check-in.

Once your payment is received, your booking is officially confirmed!
We’ll send you a confirmation letter together with a welcome kit that contains check-in instructions, important reminders, and a few tips to help you make the most of your stay.
