Booking Terms

At Dayuhin Staycations, we believe that clarity creates comfort. Our booking terms are here to ensure every stay begins with understanding — so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you reserve until the day you head home.

These guidelines are designed to protect both our guests and our team, helping us maintain a seamless experience built on honesty, respect, and care. Before confirming your stay, we invite you to read through these details so you can book with full confidence and peace of mind. 🌿

AirBnB Bookings

▪ All reservations made via Airbnb are covered by Airbnb’s terms and conditions, including payment, cancellations, and refund policies. Guests are expected to comply with Airbnb’s rules in addition to the house rules provided by the host.

Direct Bookings

For guests booking directly with us, the following terms apply:

a. Reservation & Payment

▪ A reservation is considered confirmed once the required payment (deposit or full  payment) has been received.

▪ For stays happening within the next 7 days, full payment is required at the time of  booking.

▪ For stays beyond 7 days, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining  balance must be paid upon check-in.

b. Deposits & Payments

▪ Deposits are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-rebookable.

Full payments for direct bookings are also non-refundable and non-transferable.

▪ However, confirmed bookings paid in full may be rebooked once only.

▪ If the original booking was on a weekday and the rebooked date falls on a weekend, 

holiday or peak date, any price difference must be settled by the guest.

Rebooked stays will follow the existing rates at the time of rebooking. If a promo rate is no longer available, the standard rate on the rebooking date will apply.

c. Check-in & Check-out

▪ Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards

▪ Standard check-out time: 12:00 NN

▪ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must advise the night before their scheduled check-in or check-out if  they plan to arrive early or leave late.

d. Cancellations & Rebooking

▪ We do not offer cancellations or refunds for direct bookings.

▪ Guests who have paid in full may rebook once, subject to availability.

▪ Rebooking requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the intended rebooking stay 

date. However, if there is availability at the time of the rebooking inquiry, guests may still  choose dates even if it falls within 3 days of their request.

Other Terms

a. House Rules & Responsibilities

▪ All guests are required to comply with the House Rules provided in the unit and  guidebook.

▪ Guests are expected to take care of the space, furnishings, and appliances. Any damages, loss, or breakages will be charged accordingly.

▪ Any remaining balances and fees (including amenities, pet fees, etc.) must be settled prior to check-out.

▪ The property is pet-friendly. Guests bringing pets are expected to ensure cleanliness and proper care during their stay.

b. Cooking Ingredients & Condiments

We do not provide cooking ingredients or condiments. Guests are expected to bring their own or purchase what they need.

▪ In some cases, previous guests may leave condiments or ingredients in the unit. If the  housekeeper fails to remove these items, guests are strongly advised not to use them.

The host will not be held liable for any illness, stomach upset, or issues that may arise from using items left behind by previous guests.

c. Children’s Safety

▪ Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times during the stay.

▪ The host will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents involving children  inside the unit or within the property.

▪ Children must not be allowed to plug appliances into outlets, handle electrical devices, or operate appliances unsupervised.

Extra care must be taken on balconies, as our units are not located on the ground level. Parents and guardians must ensure children do not climb, lean over, or play near balcony railings.

d. Liability

▪ The host will not be liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and must exercise care when using the property and its facilities.

e. Force Majeure

▪ The host is not responsible for cancellations, rebookings, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
